Originally released in 1993, led by visionary musician Steven Wilson, an album that took British Psychedelic and Progressive Rock in to the modern era, dropping the indulgent nature of the genres for forceful, emotive music. This double LP version is pressed on to 180 grams heavyweight audiophile vinyl and uses real drums (played by Gavin Harrison) in place of the original sampled drums, and features the tracks remastered by Steven Wilson in 2016 with more naturalistic dynamics and EQ.
