When it comes to bring the noise™ for a workout, assess your tolerance by taking (1/2) scoop prior to training. Once your tolerance is assessed mix (1) scoop with 4-6 oz of water 30 minutes prior to training. Do not exeed (1) scoop in a 24-hour period.

This product is intended to be consumed by healthy adults 18 years of age or older. This product contains 320 mg of caffeine per serving. Do not use if you are pregnant, nursing, sensitive to caffeine or other stimulants, taking any prescription or over-the-counter medications or supplements, or if you have or suspect you may have a medical condition, including but not limited to: high or low blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, stroke, heart, liver or kidney disease, seizure disorder, thyroid disease, psychiatric disease, diabetes, prostate enlargement or if you are taking a MAO inhibitor.
