This re-issue will set things right. This album is one of the darkest and most aggressive CD's of the second wave of black metal. The music is a really brutal blend of heavy mid-tempo parts and fast outbursts with growling death grunts, black metal shrieks and whispered vocals. Keyboards are only to provide a dark foreboding atmosphere, they certainly do not dominate the music.
